The information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly to us. The Company will not collect and process any personal data from you when you visit the company's webpage / pages. All information are collected only if they are provided by you voluntarily for the purpose of concluding a contract.
If you order / reserve a product or a paid service from us, we will request your name, contact information, delivery and billing addresses, email address, phone number, and credit card information for processing your reservation.
We inform you that the data required by the booking / order form, arrival and departure notification cards in the tourist accommodation unit are the minimum data necessary to satisfy the legal requirements for the preparation of the offer, the contract and the invoice, as well as the fulfillment of your request / performance of the contract.
You can execute at any time the following rights: the right to be informed, the right of access, the right of rectification, the right to delete, the right to restrict the processing, the right to data portability, the right of opposition. We inform you that your personal data is used for the purposes mentioned above.
Our object of activity can not be carried out without the processing of these data for the purposes mentioned above. If you do not agree, please do not submit your request for service / delivery products.
Storage term of these data is in accordance with the legal requests, including the identification in the event of legal disputes.
We will not retain your personal data for a longer period than required for the purpose for which it was collected. This means that the data will be destroyed or removed from our systems when they are no longer needed.
We take the necessary steps to ensure that your information is processed and retained on the basis of the following logic:
1. at least while the information is used to provide you with a service;
2. according with the requirements of a law, a contract or legal obligations;
3. as long as the data are necessary for the purpose for which they were collected; as long as necessary under the provisions of any contract and any applicable law; for identification in the event of legal disputes; for statistical purposes, when they are subject to appropriate protection.

• to provide a service requested by you;
• to ensure your access and protection regarding your accommodations;
• to deliver the products you ordered;
• to keep internal records specific to accommodation and catering services;

The company processes personal data for the purposes described above. The legal basis of the Company to process personal data includes processes that: are necessary for the execution of the contract between you and Company. These are required to comply with legal requirements (for example, to comply with existing accounting rules and make disclosure mandatory to legal authorities) or necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company (for example, to manage the relationship between you and us and to ensure the protection of the Company's or Clients' patrimony
Sharing your information
We may disclose your internal information within the company or relevant teams, such as, without limitation, our customer relationship team, legal team, financial team, sales team, technical support team. If you choose to pay with the credit card the price of our services / products, your personal data will be transferred to the card payment service provider.
We may also disclose your information to the following entities only to the extent necessary to perform the Services / Deliveries of Products:
• Business Partners. We can also share your information with trusted business partners, including, but not limited to, wireless network operators and resellers. These entities are required to ensure the security of your information by legal and contractual stipulations, these entities have a limited capacity to use your information for purposes other than providing us with services.
Other parties, when this is required by law or as is necessary to protect our Services. However, please note that while we take reasonable steps to protect your information from the Company, no website, no internet transmission, no computer and no wireless connection are completely secure.

We will provide you with information free of charge about the action taken on such a request within one month of receipt of the application. This period may be extended by two months when necessary, taking into account the complexity and the number of applications. We will inform you of any such extension, within one month of receipt of the request, giving the reasons for the delay. If you have made an electronic application, the information is provided in electronic format where possible, unless you request another format.
You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority and introduce a legal remedy.
If we have reasonable doubts about the identity of the individual submitting the above request, we may be required to provide additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the data subject.
Under applicable law, we may refuse to process requests that are unreasonably repeated, require a disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the confidentiality of others, are extremely impractical or require access requests not required by local law. If your claims are manifestly unfounded or excessive, especially because of their repetitive nature, we will be able to charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication, or taking the required measures, or to decline to respond to the request.
