Dear Guests,<\/p>\n

We wish to offer you an unforgettable experience at MINERVA Hotel, and for this reason, we have established a series of principles and rules which we respectfully ask you to take into account both during and after your stay has ended. These regulations apply to all guests, who accept them by the very fact of their accommodation in the hotel and must comply with them without limits or reservations.<\/p>\n

Booking<\/p>\n

Reservations can be made both on the website and at the reception.

Unguaranteed reservations will be held until 3:00 PM (local time) on the day of arrival and released automatically after this hour, unless the reservation is guaranteed with a card valid at the time of booking or a prepayment. In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the amount for the first night and to release the room for the remainder of the reserved period.<\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/p>\n

Any room reservation cancellation must be sent in writing to the e-mail address:
\nreservation@minerva.ro<\/a> by 5:00 PM, 1 day prior to arrival.<\/p>\n

Rates \/ Room Type<\/p>\n

MINERVA hotel rates vary depending on the type of room you choose, availability, period, day, time interval, as well as the number of people in the room (more details on the booking page here<\/a>). The unit has multiple room typologies, and the one allocated may differ in terms of configuration and design from the images presented on booking platforms.<\/p>\n

Arrival and Departure<\/p>\n

Room check-in can be done starting from 2:00 PM, by presenting an identity document for registration in the hotel management system to receive the key for the reserved room.<\/p>\n

Room check-out must be done before 12:00 PM.<\/p>\n

If a room is desired before 2:00 PM on the first day of the stay, the request will be honored subject to availability, and an early check-in fee of 20 euros, VAT included, will apply (for the interval 07:00 AM \u2013 2:00 PM), and 100% of the nightly rate for a check-in earlier than 9:00 AM.<\/p>\n

If the room is vacated after 12:00 PM on the last day of the stay, an additional fee of 20 euros, VAT included, will apply (for the interval 12:00 PM \u2013 6:00 PM), and 100% of the nightly rate for exceeding 5:00 PM.<\/p>\n

Guests who vacate their rooms by 12:00 PM may leave their luggage at the reception in a space dedicated to this service for a period of 24 hours at no extra cost.<\/p>\n

For luggage left at the reception for more than 24 hours, storage fees will be charged.<\/p>\n

If guests’ luggage remains in the room after the 12:00 PM check-out, they will pay an additional room usage fee (the same as in the case of late check-out).<\/p>\n

These guest requests will be clarified and honored only to the extent that the hotel does not have firm confirmations for those accommodation spaces.<\/p>\n

A stay of less than 24 hours is charged at the price of a full day.<\/p>\n
